Martyn was our trainer at a PPMA run event for ‘Advanced Selling Skills’. He is a very personable and genuine individual and his workshop impressed us. We felt that he could be the right person to support us with some internal training goals we had within our business at the time. We worked with Martyn to design a tailored training day at our premises on two specific topics, one being Networking and the other Communication and Influence.

Not only is Martyn always completely professional but he listens very carefully, clarifies what your requirements are and then delivers. We found it very beneficial to have a far greater level of input than we have ever had through external trainers before. Being able to create relevant business based scenarios for our team to then use as roleplays for example, really emphasised the message we hoped the training could deliver along with Martyn’s guidance, in a tangible way that linked to our own working practices.

Martyn has a very friendly, respectful and open manner. He adapts fully to his training group and delivers engaging and interactive sessions so people walk away encouraged and feeling equipped to progress with the new or enhanced knowledge that has been shared using simple techniques. Content of Martyn’s training we use most has been based around language we choose to use and enhancing our communication styles. It has made the experience really valuable for our team.

We would definitely approach Martyn again to support us with any training requirements as he has a broad knowledge, delivers usable and relevant information, has the right mindset and personality to engage any audience.
