We recently hired a new Field Sales Team to promote our labelling products into new markets. I wanted to support them with their sales approach and the ability to cope with a wide variety of Buyers and their unique requirements. I chose Martyn Sloman of Gold Dust Training as right from the initial contact he was responsive and asked great questions. He was proactive and not pushy! He quickly understood our objectives and delivered a practical workshop which challenged my new sales team to think about everything they do from the Buyer’s perspective. They are confident to apply the right amount of time, effort and techniques to create sales opportunities. Following the workshop we conducted one to ones with each team member to give feedback and clarify expectations. We have also agreed steps to help manage the team remotely as well as giving them ongoing support
